Where do i begin!, from the first moment of contacting Gillian till the Completion of our Sale has been fantastic!, there is not a time in the day where Gillian isnt working, she even sorted things whilst away on Holiday! and is contactable pretty much 24hrs a day, the work and effort she puts into her job is outstanding and im so happy i chose her to sell my property. We contacted Gillian with some unrealistic demands as we needed our property selling ASAP as we found a house we wanted but could not reserve until we had an offer on our house, but Gillian was not fased by this challenge and she got straight to work on it to make sure we could reserve our dream home, within 2 days of advertising our property she already had a buyer for it, even before the for sale board could go up on our house!, this was fantastic news for us because we could now reserve our new home. Every day from the sale to the completion Gillian was in contact with updates on how things are going with the sale and would communicate with solicitors and even the sellers of our new property, this made the whole process less stressful and she took a lot of weight off our shoulders. 6 weeks later sale of our old propery has been completed and we are now in our new home. We can not thank Gillian enough for all the work and effort she put into making this all happen and we will forever be gratefull to her for how dedicated she is! We couldn't recommend Elite Properties more. This was our first time dealing with an independent Estate Agency, and we had such a positive experience. Communication was quick, personal, and queries were dealt with efficiently which lead to quick sale progression. We felt heard and listened to which I think sometimes is lacking when you deal with the chain Estate Agents. We had a tight deadline to meet trying to get the sale completed before Stamp Duty increases, and we did it. But I know we wouldn't have done this without Gillian's assistance and efficient communication between all parties involved. To say Gillian went above and beyond is an understatement. I purchased a house through Elite Properties and after the service I received I wish I had marketed my property I was selling with them. Gillian provided a first class service to myself as a buyer and I was very impressed. She attended all 3 viewings and it was never an issue. She Was very attentive and answered all of my queries and always responded promptly to my emails. A much better service compared to the high street Estate agents who never do viewings from my experience of selling houses. If I was to sell again I would use Elite Properties without hesitation.
